Project includes:

• Pressure wash and wax exterior of trailer
• Roof inspection
• Slide inspection and lubrication
• Flush and blowout waterlines and winterize with rv antifreeze
• Inspect water heater, drain water heater, and check water heater anode
• Flush and empty grey and black water tanks.  Add deodorant additive.
• Safety check: check functionality of gas and fire detectors, replace batteries
• Functionality check stabilizing system.  Lubricate as required.
• Check seams and repair as required.
• Check brake electric lines and condition of brakes.
• Travel Trailer condition report will be given to owner.
