Project includes:

• Includes work with door knob and lock replacement, door knob and lock adjustment, and hinge replacement/adjustment
• Price is based on 1 hour of labor.  If the repair needs more time then it will be prorated at  $70/hour rate.
• Labor is warrantied for 1 year from installation
• Each repair is unique and additional charges may apply.
