I only use outstanding contractors with a 4+ star rating who are fully insured. I control the review process to ensure accuracy of data and ensure that I am getting legitimate reviews from confirmed former customers. If a contractor’s quality starts to dip then we won’t use them. The home owner is our highest priority. In addition to the cost for the contractor, we charge a modest fee to account for my management time and other associated costs.
