Do you guarentee your work?

Yes we do. We have professional liability insurance for any catastrophic situations that may arise. For all other situations, we will not charge unless you are happy with the work. If you use one of our preferred contractors, we will guarantee their work too.

How quickly can you get to my job?

That depends. In most cases we can get to your job within a week. We typically schedule one to two weeks out. We will prioritize emergency situations to mitigate further damage or for safety reasons.

Is one hour your minimum charge?

Yes and no. One hour of labor is our minimum charge. However, we charge for our time and not the job. We encourage you to find multiple small jobs and combine them to fill the hour. If we go past one hour, then we charge by the minute at a dollar per minute.

Do you service other areas besides Tuttle?

Yes, we make visits to Newcastle, Blanchard, Bridge Creek, Mustang, Minco, Union City, and Amber.
